Finding Better Signs For Your Business

Gaining Customers With The Use Of Your Vehicle

by آوینا کامروا

If you have just opened a new business, you will want to do plenty of advertising to get customers through your door. While many people use online sources, media, and fliers or window signs to advertise their business, they can also take to the streets to gain customers from demographic areas they had not considered initially. Vehicle advertisements are a great way to gain customers with minimal work or cost to do so. Here are a few ideas to incorporate into your vehicle advertising methods to grab the attention of those in the vicinity, possibly gaining new customers as a result.

Drive Through Heavily Populated Areas

Designate a few people to drive vehicles with your car signs in plain view. Have them drive through town during the busiest times of day such as mornings and evenings when commuters are making their way to or from work. Driving around during lunchtime hours can also attract attention by others going out to grab a bite to eat.

Parking a vehicle in a busy parking lot near restaurants during lunchtime is a great way to attract attention. Consider tying a few balloons to each vehicle out and about at this hour so people walking through parking lots will glance over them, reading any advertisements as a result.

Swap Signs Periodically To Keep Interest

Purchase several magnetic signs to place on vehicles and change the advertisements you wish to display on a daily basis. Swapping signs each day will help keep interest of those who may see the vehicles each day due to driving the same route. Make sure the signs have eye-catching colors and slogans to help people remember the name of your business.

Inform Others With Freebies Or A Contest

To really gain attention, have someone park a vehicle with signs upon it in an area where there is a lot of foot traffic. Parking it along a busy street would work well if there is no rule specifying solicitation is not allowed. Hand out pens, t-shirts, key chains, or other promotional items from the trunk of the vehicle to people passing by.

Consider holding a contest at your establishment. Tape several tickets to the signs on your vehicle and allow people to peel them off the sign as they walk past. Each ticket should have a unique number listed on it. Make sure one sign on your vehicle specifies the date and time of a drawing. On the day of the drawing, select a winner by picking a number randomly. The person holding the ticket with this number can win a prize if they are present during the contest.
